tile floors, soft berber carpet, ceiling fans in the bed and living rooms,

room. Selected homes have a washer and dryer inside the unit as well as
vaulted ceilings, fireplaces with ceramic tile and wood mantle, a pass
through bar, and French style patio doors. We pay gas and trash only (but
not recycling).

amenities weren’t enough, San Remo is only minutes walking distance from UT
and is conveniently located next to the west campus shuttle.
